Yes, it's a government psyops process, in which they attempt to glean control over the population, by engineering fearful dependency on their official institutions, by the public....Government always seeks ways of making itself appear more important than it actually is, in the lives of the people.......LIke the USA and UK, the current government of Canada is dark...and needs to be reformed...

Lol, more like a "conflict of compatibility", which sort of makes me doubt this entire messages credibility, since it'd be more or less illegal for a station to even send out such a transmission in the first place. They'd be immediately sorted and sanctioned under the "spam laws". :)
