  Hey Song! I must say im surprised no one has replied to this...so on behalf I will say thats so cool!!! What an amazing experience to have that and see it growing over the years! It sucks that it hurts you though so heres a little bit of advice. this might sound counter-productive as i'm not really willing to share the experience which would make it make sense (far far too long a story sorry my dear) but try clapping your hands together when it happens or holding a crystal in either hand - either healing or protective crystal but go with what feels right. Might just be that you need to link yourself with yourself if you know what I mean. definitely sounds like an energy thing though, maybe your energy hurts your physical body because its not being directed?? maybe even grounding your hands by laying them flat on grass might help? I really dont know, these are just ideas that have worked for others like you. would say you definitely do get identified by your triangles as those who can see energy would definitely be able to see yours and how it moves. well maybe not your energy per se but definitely that you have outlets where there wouldn't normally be outlets.     Thank you so much Lisafer for the reply :) I thought too that maybe i wasn't connecting with my energy so i experimented at times when i could see them & by focusing i can increase & decrease the amount of glow. I got my Reiki license cause it just felt right & I thought it would help also. My teacher was able to see them. She said my skin was purple & I had a triangle on each palm & 1 on my forehead. I have quite a few crystals & stones but they don't help the discomfort. I will try the other things you suggested. Bledsings dear :) x
