Christians are rapidly disappearing from the region of Jesus Christ’s birth – the modern Middle East – and are being persecuted in many other regions of the world where their religion is viewed as “Western” and foreign.

The new study, reported Sunday by the British Telegraph newspaper, warns that Christians suffer greater hostility across the world than any other religious group. It also claims politicians have been “blind” to the extent of violence faced by Christians in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

The most dangerous threat to the religion is militant Islam, the report by the think tank Civitas says, because oppression in Muslim countries is often ignored because of a fear that criticism will be seen as “racism”.

Converts from Islam face being killed in Saudi Arabia, Mauritania and Iran and risk severe legal penalties in other countries across the Middle East, the report says: “It is generally accepted that many faith-based groups face discrimination or persecution to some degree.

How is that good, ElijahSky??

piece of s***-I hope you end up living in an islamic dictatorship

And what you're living in right now isn't a dictatorship of sorts?  Maybe if we didn't have organized religion, the world would be in a much better state.

poor christians..........first the persecuted almost everyone around world for 1.800 yrs than running scared 'couse karma is getting to them.....................

Oh? Are the ones being persecuted today the same people who went on witch hunts and murdered people for heresy?

No, but the majority are still quite intolerant.  History repeats itself in many ways.

"Oh? Are the ones being persecuted today the same people who went on witch hunts and murdered people for heresy?"

Well, the soul-personalities are the same. All that's new are the bodies.

Other than that, we all re-incarnate whereas those who are being persecuted NOW are PROBABLY the same souls that persecuted others before. I sure as hell remember lives where I have been not so nice..

Otherwise cosmos would make no sense at all and God would be nothing but a traitor to all souls.

We can't hide behind karma to justify atrocities like this. I don't care if they're the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler! They are not the same people anymore.

S***! Where do we draw the line? We could make up an excuse like that for any wrongdoings.

"Oh, you were a corrupt judge in a past life so I'm putting you in jail."

"Burglar in a past life? Your house is now mine. Karma!"

So much for unconditional love and forgiveness.

"We can't hide behind karma to justify atrocities like this."

You're right about that. I've actively chosen not to do retribution against those who deserve it because I feel the equation of violence have to be balanced and since my "enemies" aren't as well educated as I am in those matters, I'm the one who will have to back off and simply ALLOW them to hurt me from time to time.
Every time they hurt me and I don't respond, a whole parameter gets cancelled in the equation of violence.

I've tried to get Israel to adopt this philosophy since both they and I know that IF they don't retaliate on those Hamas rocket-strikes, eventually, those attacks will cease.
I've tried to get US on the same line as well. They never should have retaliated on 9/11 for instance.
They had bombed 50 countries since WW2 so generally speaking, 9/11 was a small price to pay for the karma you ACTUALLY had to deal with.
If the karma of the US were to be aligned the old fashioned way, several of your largest cities would have been nuked by now.

"I don't care if they're the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler! They are not the same people anymore."

I agree, but how do we convince them of that since we can't even convince ourselves that karma must be cancelled rather than responded to?

"S***! Where do we draw the line?"

There is no line, there never have been.
The scale of morality is a variable x-scale for most humans ..
That's too bad, because that's not even how the equation is built in original.

Good is on the X-scale and evil is on the Y-scale. Those two can never cross other than at neutral points where they don't interfere with each other.
The moment you move your point on the X-scale to allow something you before did not allow, you're compromising your karmic integrity and shift your entire reality to conform with you NEW standards instead, and that of course affects all the incoming energies as well.
When the US opened Guantanamo Bay, they took your entire nation to the brink of where Germany was at the heights of Hitler.. I'd say that THAT particular compromise was one too many and to repeat that lesson again was the stupidest thing your people could have ever done.
It's going to hurt to get out of that one.

But as you pointed out, all we need to do to break this cycle of karma is to stop doing revenge on or even justify atrocities.
Say NO to mass arrests for instance. We don't need'em. All we need to do is to thank the responsible teachers, and then simply fire them and replace them with someone that can be trusted. :)

If you can get your country to conform to all that I have said above, the problems of the world will soon cease.

Good luck :)

and the islamists are doing God's work of issuing karmic reveng-moron

so as always you resort to name calling~ it takes one to know one............
