I have noticed that during the last 3 - 4 visits to my Naturopath's office, my blood pressure has gone up and my heart rate has begun to race. At first I thought it was "White Coat" syndrome, but have realized that is not the case.
I am beginning to believe that it is somehow related to the placement of all of the very large crystals all over the office (from the waiting room, the examining room, to her office).
Is it possible that my own energies (which seem to be ignited lately) are responding to the energies in the rooms?
Thoughts, please?

All crystals are soul entities,been with us as long as our soul essences came into creation,just look at various types of crystals,and you will know without any doubt which one will be the right one for you Carolyn,love,light,blessings eve.
crystals are a very underestimated resource as they can assist with releasing different kinds of erergie for different kind of things. you should read up about them sometime, you may enjoy what you find. :)

I had a chakra clearing session with someone (Agnes Fehlau) who told me she had not seen a heart chakra as expansive as mine. She said it was connected to the Universal Heart Chakra. She reminded me that I am an empath, that I intuit and feel energy very strongly from others (and those that appear to be inanimate, but are alive and vibrating). She reminded me of the need to ground myself in Earth...Nature. She told me that my Chakras are twirling at a very rapid rate. She asked me to confirm whether I have had lots of prophetic experiences that felt like dreams, and I agreed. She said that I am doing a lot of dimensional jumping at night and that might account for high levels of energetic experiences.
Just some thoughts.....
