Health and wellness is an immense topic comprising an in exhaustive spectrum based on the premise that everything in the universe is infinite Energy; through healing the core concepts of spirituality are revealed – the sum and substance of existence.
Let us integrate our existing practice with the concepts that startle us as we go along. And before we attempt to scratch the surface of it, let us bear in mind that the fundamental objective of our journey is healing – resolving energies (learning, teaching and experiencing love) through soul mission/contract, karma, ascension...
Introduction:
Classical health is the general condition of a person in all aspects. It is also a level of functional and metabolic efficiency of an organism - the state of being free from illness or injury; a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.
It is now common knowledge that fitness, nutrition and diet, exercise, enough sleep, clean water are necessary for maintaining our complete health – physical/spiritual. Healing can help release blockages as well as balance the subtle and physical energy systems; in effect all illness develops from imbalances of energies at emotional, spiritual, or physical levels.
Spiritual Health:
Spiritual Health is the integration of the different parts of our system (physical and etheric) for optimum wellness. Etheric health is the process of clearing up all the lower vibes (Standing Waves/Stagnated Frequencies) trapped in our light bodies.
This practice will in turn boost our spiritual capacities - leading to spiritual growth. Physical health and well being are significantly enhanced when a spiritual component is recognized; recent medical evidence show improved healing statistics to this effect.
Spiritual hygiene is the practice of keeping the etheric body clean from negative vibrations to prevent infection and consequently disease, as well as the avoidance of contact with infectious agents – dark energy, stray EMFs, vampires, etc. Hygiene practices include creating a psychic shield of white light around our field/body – first principle methods entails visualizing ourselves housed like an embryo in an egg shell, screened and protected.
The Human Energy Network:
The human energy system is made up of a holographic field; all the strings/levels are interconnected and to the universal field as well. It is a matrix structure upon which the cells of the physical body grow; the template of the physical body - the vehicle for the "mind-body" connection. And this field changes in sympathy with our thoughts.
This energy field called the aura is directly connected with health and illness and can be perceived by anyone with practice. Whatsoever takes place in the physical body will happen in the pattern of the energy fields first.
This field has several components/centers called Chakras - energy processing units /accumulators and can be broken up into multiple layers/bands (seven initially visible but now twelve with our enhanced light quotient). Each level of the energy field is organized as lines of scintillating light with a specific pattern and balancing these fields or rather activating the free flow of these frequencies is the pinnacle of human health and wellness.
