Did you know that I have balance my Spirit, Mind, and Body or I could say Spiritual, Mental and Physical by raising thoughts that were limited. I ask my higher self, soul, or source. It comes from all the same place. To aligned all limited thoughts to who I am truly. Bring back to joy. I let the soul light do its job. It is waiting for our permission to do this. We are after all in a free will experience.
My way it just merely another way to the same destination or results.
