Sorry is easy to say but do you really mean it as most say sorry but really don't care a damn..so for the extent of the incident all have a choice to accept apologies or not accept apologies.
Really it up to each individuals to accept sorry or if they find the incident was more just to be sorry about then futher action is required.
SOMETIMES MORE ACTION IS NEEDED THEN JUST SAYING OR ACCEPTING SORRY.
If the incident was accidental sorry is easier to accept but if dilebrate or to do you harm or careless then sorry is not easily acceptable and more action is required till neatural back to zero karma is reached with both parties accepting the final decision and are happy to forgive and forget
