I’ve just returned from time spent on beautiful land in Washington, gathered in prayer and community with some truly remarkable humans. My heart is full, and I’m feeling deeply grateful—for this work, for these practices, and for each of you who continue to show up for the healing, the release, and the expansion that becomes possible when we breathe together.
