Seeing hearts everywhere - what does it mean?

Greetings,


I hope you're all well.

The last two years I have kept seeing hearts everywhere. In the road - ansphalt patches with a heart shape, water on the floor in the shower with a heart shape, heart shapes in trees and so on.

It has increased greatly the last 6 months.


Does anyone have an idea what this could mean?

Here I'm not looking for answers such as: Only you know that or something.
