You would, if your speakers had an effect of at least 36000 watt combined (if you weigh 60 kilo) and were capable of putting out 40-50khz frequencies. That'd get you one meter in the air but no further than the immediate area of the speakers. ;)
It'll be a while until we'll be able to move things off the earth (our out of sight-range of the speaker) with sound alone. First we need to crack the formula on how to compress and focus sound into having laser-like properties.
I for one, am VERY glad that the concept of Acoustic Levitation have finally reached the public consciousness. It's a subject worth investigating thoroughly since it is possible that the pyramids and other very large stone structures were made by large groups of people chanting specific patterns.
50 monks chant the stone in the air and 50 more chant it into place. Now that's a Progress worth mentioning in the human history. Especially since it would also shut up those "ancient alien"-guys for good. :)
