I apologize for not trimming the post Starfire has given us. I tried multiple times. This is not my computer, so perhaps I am unfamiliar with how to do this. I've been experiencing horrific events since 2006, which I did summarize in my intro email to your List Admin. Bottom line - were it not for your Main Index Subjects and Topics information, I think I would have simply given UP. NEVER have I been into UFO, Alien, Ghosts, New Age Thought or any other religious tradition except for my former beliefs: I am a plain, ole generic Lutheran Grandmother. I could not have described reincarnation for anyone, and chakras, auras? Time Shifts? Alien Abduction? Ufos? Spirits/Prophecy/Time/Object Prompts, Life Scripts, Life Movies???? I had never heard nor read of such stuff. Name it on Starfire's website, I have experienced it - and your advice regarding with dealing with all of these manifestations has given back a precious slice of mental clarity. I reside alone, in Baltimore City, disabled, and have experienced what I can barely pray to limn for you all.

Suffice to say, I started having "Deja Vu" like experiences from the moment I moved into that house in 2002! I did not understand what was happening to me! Terrified out of my wits, tried to talk to my minister about these matters, which I KNEW were real, and she asked me to see a Pastoral Counselor!

After 7 years of reading and researching I came to understand MOST of what was going on with me, and of course, Starfire's website covered all the rest, plus explained it all! I know I am a "Targeted Individual" but not a typical one, and an "aging Monarch survivor with failing programming" whom some Military and Greys attempted to outright murder or drive me insane, deliberately, in order to safely be rid of me before I remembered what I am now remembering, especially every time there is a Time Shift - and four or five days ago I remembered that I DIED in this very house, not long after I started a painting of my daughters., which in THIS Timeline I only recently started! The images were as fresh as if they happened yesterday, and deeply upsetting after all the harassment and horror I have witnesses. I remember floating above my body, through my roof and landing in a spacecraft, furious that I had passed away before I finished the painting. I was some Alien Being, and I have known that for three years, since I began to recall my preparation for THIS life, which has been awful, absolutely dreadful, full of trauma and tragedy. I have had it proven to me I am TOTALLY mind-controlled, right down to what I wear! Clearly, the people or Beings I've been putting up with - hard to move when you are disabled and live on SSDI, want me dead or OUT of the house. I am using my friend's computer, because my two computers were fried during a strange power outage, even though nothing else was damaged and the computers were on different floors. I'd been writing up installments of my experiences for Wattpad.com, telling all I had discovered, so I called over my only friend to help me get the hard drive out of the HP desk top. When she opened the side,. the hard drive had been stolen.

Forgive the length of this email. Obviously I am heartbroken, freaked out, and I've been trying to send emails and letters, made calls, tried to contact experts around the world (and did connect with SOME of them), only to find most of my mail and phone calls are re-directed and emails deleted or not sent to the expected recipient. This is typical "Targeted Individuals" stuff.

I was tricked, trapped, tortured with every DEW and EMF and non-lethal weapon you can imagine, too terrified and ignorant to move or seek help, and only recently my daughter offered to take me in - she is upset and does not understand why or how any of this has happened to me. I became suddely clairovoyant/clairaudient/clairsentient, etc., just as Starfire Tor describes and my grown children were astonished when my "predictions" all came true.

Now I am SURE we exist in Multiple Timelines, and I am a Time Shift Living Dead - I just don't knowhow to prove that! Not to mention my horror at remembering this! I DO see a therapist, and tried to talk about the Ghost Haunting, Alien Abduction, Project Monarch nightmare, Targeting junk, but as you imagine he does NOT want to believe a word of it.

I have MANY of these Deja Vu experiences, 'til I thought I really WOULD go insane. I cannot thank Starfire Tor enough for your explanations and techniques for keeping the Astral Download Dreams at bay, and so on. I am desperately trying to move to LA, just to get a good night's sleep!

Let no one doubt it - there is something BIG going on, or so we are to believe. With the Internet, we are now able to talk to one another around the world and compare notes, perhaps these sorts of experiences have always occurred at certain times in history.

Forgive me, my Soul or Alien Entity Self got to relive a new Timeline life after entering into a contract with a Being other Spirits refer to as The Devil. There was also a Mlitary person present. "I" supposedly agreed to allow these weapons and head hacking tests and serve as a Lab Rat for new Mind Control techniques, etc. in exchange for another 20 years of life. I promise, I remember this like yesterday, except *I* would NEVER subject any human being to such torments and tortures. At one point, my "Light" was ripped out of me, and I nearly died. Is it possible to have a Light Being Soul AND an Alien Entity? I have been OB MANY times since 2006 Index Visitation. I seem to be ME, just nicer and younger.

This is so awful I can barely type the words. I live alone and have been used as a Kundalini gas station for every starving Negative Entity you can imagine, and found out this was part of some agreement! There has to be something happening - why else would these Dark Beings NEED my energy? I never knew one thing about energy except I never had any! I've been tired and depressed most of my life!

Thank you for permitting me to write about this - there is no one to talk to, or understand. I feel like a freak and this latest revelation shocked me! I have DIED before and wound up right back on the craft I planned this Life on! Yuck!

Starfire, God bless you!!!! Please edit however you wish. I am a scared middle-aged Grandmother, who was left to research all of this myself!
