Resources For Soul Integration

So I have a question for you. I've been thinking about this lately and it just came to mind.

What is your favourite soul resource for integrating either into this realm, or from this realm to the astral/etheric?

How about ascension/transition tools? What do you think of, and how has it helped you grow?

    This veil tool helps me see when it's time to try to reconnect with my higher self and do my best work outside of this body. Often at times I do feel so separated from things that happen here, that I know I am living in multiple worlds. Especially because the thinner it gets, the better clarity I have.
