Requesting for depictions of swan astral shapeshifting exercies from two females

Two women are requested gently to attempt to shapeshift astrally into swans - one woman would shapeshift into a white swan while the other one would shapeshift into a black swan.

It´d be nice if drawings of some sort could be put on the post.
