Thaaaank you Finding0, thank you so much for reminding me. I tend to forget how I breathe and take it for granted, like an automatic thing we do just to survive, but I know that how we breath can change how we feel and how we think.
It's just to take a deep, a long and slow breath... And then exhale it the same way and we can stop panic attacks, we can stop being angry, we can stop thiking about negative things, we can stop being afraid of doing something and etcetera. Right? It's just sooo important. It helps to block out all the distractions that's covering our "inner" truth. Thank you once again for reminding us ;-)
