Yea we do, but what's left to investigate is whether the crafts we've all seen are from outer space or if they're simply what our military has nowadays without telling us about it.
Many people claim that our govts have had access to such technologi for at least several decades, and in My eyes that means that none of the UFO-phenomena that have been seen since then can be trusted to be of extraterrestrial origin. It's more likely it's our own military that is fooling the crap out of us, while secretly complying with the prophesied "the first contact will be false, the second is the real one"-agenda that have apparently been designed to test if humanity can still be fooled or not (i.e to test if Humanitys mind is awaked and baked or if it needs some more time in the oven).
If we can be fooled again, more 3D-experience will be required before we're ready for Full Energetic Consciousness.
