Hi everyone!
I don't know if you've been experiencing a lot of cleansing rains in your area, but here in Central Ohio it has been kinda crazy with all of these storms. I've noticed after the storms it smells so fresh and renewed! (And usually I don't like the smell of the air after it rains--it smells musty)
But anyway today I noticed that there were little rainbows in all the rain droplets :) (but there was not a rainbow in the sky) I know, I know, the sun was probably just at the right angle to reflect all the colors in the white light of the sun. But it was beautiful..it looked like all the trees were strung with Christmas lights! The droplets were so huge, and they just glistened with a beautiful array of colors. ( I should've taken a picture--but it was a similar phenomenon that I noticed with frost and ice last December). I was just wondering if anyone else has seen what I'm talking about lately!?! I showed the same droplets to my husband and he claimed that he could not see a rainbow/any color at all--just clear raindrops.
So I hope I"m not going nuts, and other people see them too :) Just a sanity check.

Yes...still waiting for that stork...::sigh::. I'm at the stage now where I'm like "hurry up already!!" I've still got about 6 more weeks to go though! But it's getting close...very close.
The rain was so just--clear and fresh! So pure, like I wanted to stand outside and drink it :)
I'm glad to see others that notice the immense cleansing power of this rain lately. The birds love it! They seem to be so excited to be out and about these days. And--on days when there aren't any funny trails in the sky--the sky is so beautiful ! agree. Thanks everyone!
