  I am saying that I am trusting my feelings about the interactions that I have with self and others by being thoughtful (considering others as I choose)..this is processing with the heart. the mind is utilized to sort and store knowledge of these occurrence as well as initiate a directive or carry out an action based on what I have perceived with my heart. So in fact I am not keeping the mind silent.....just separate from the processes of the heart. The mind has a reason for being and I respect and am grateful for what it allows me to do.......I try to not get lost in metaphor as I realize that the words I utilize in expressing myself attract to me who I desire to be.......hope this helps.....Jamus

  This is a very important observation that I believe deserves some focus. I am glad that you brought it up Meg. In my training I have learned and indoctrinated the practice of processing with my heart in place of my mind...thus thinking becomes thoughting. Being thoughtful about occurrence in place of thinking about it....then I am utilizing the ability to be considerate to all around me as I process. I believe that the intentions of Malcolm X and Socrates were the same as ours. This is just another fine example of how we are growing and awakening to our new existence and incorporating the definitions that better describe what we mean to say...... Jamus
