question about ascension...

I was wonddering after wwatching a viddeo on yyoutube about ascension. The guy seemed intellegent however i understood that after ascension we might be able to come in and out of this dimension ad wwe saw fit. Butttt this guy said there was a fruit that would ground us to 5d and went on to sayy no going back. Ehhh i expected otherwise. Im still got ggoin eiither way but idd really like to stayy around ya no? Screw 75000 yrs of BS lol. Bbut ehhh does anyone no the answer to this?

    Im sayin can i jump from dimension to dimension as apparently Ra and pleidians can? Like can be a lightbody and walk the face of earth on 3d
