The animals from the zoos should be gently introduced to their natural surrounding and looked after and cared till they get accustomed to their natural habitat

  This does happen with some animal rights organizations when the zoos have too many of a certain animal. They go to a reserve and are cared for PROPERLY. (Of course, some of these animals, such as lions, CANNOT be put back in the wild - unless they ship them back to Africa!)

Yes, I used to go to zoos because I like animals, UNTIL I found out that zoos are a PRISON for ALL animals.

Milwaukee has one of the "best" zoos in the country (it doesn't look like a zoo). There used to be a gorilla there named Samson. HE WAS KEPT INDOORS ALL THE TIME. He NEVER saw the outside ( I did not know that at the time). People used to TEASE HIM ALL THE TIME. When he finally died, they did an autopsy. His heart was broken in many places. I think he died of a broken heart.

No more Zoos as really Zoos are out of order.
Just to make money and for people to just stare at the animals who are really deep inside hurt and made to suffer is not right....TIME TO MAKE CHANGES.
A Planets evolution is judged by the way animals are treated ...which doesn't show much for Planet Earth.
