Protesting is a touchy thing here on Planet Earth. I'm sure that many protesters out there, will say they are doing this for a good cause, and trying to save something from happening out there. The truth in reality though is this. You can form a huge crowd of Protesters, who are protesting the same ideas as you are. However you are going to have to consider the cause and effects of starting something like this. The reason that the Police are usually called in, with something like this. The reason would be to make sure that no one in the crowd gets hurt. Whenever you form something like this in the 3D, there is always a chance that things could get real out of hand, and that someone could get hurt. That is usually why the police have a right to be there in the first place.
Sure there are good reasons to Protest things that are for a good cause. Things like, not hurting Animals, Children rights, and the list of Humanity reasons, but in most cases when the cause is a positive thing, these things are usually set up where people aren't going to get hurt. Not always, but sometimes.
However though when you are Protesting against things, that could really get out of hand, you should expect the Police to be called in and check on things. Protesting against a company, where there are employees working there. Employees who don't understand why there has been a Protesting rage started in the first place. These are all things to take into consideration

If this is in relation to the Occupy movement, I'm going to have to disagree with you I'm afraid!
I agree in principal with what you're saying about the risk of people getting hurt and a police presence sometimes being necessary, but with Occupy Wall Street (and other Occupy groups) the police are just there to harrass innocent civilians standing up peacefully for something they believe in. Have you seen some of the footage? It's barbaric!

Hey Achilles, I can understand there are some Police out there who do things like this, but over all, I think they are really trying to there job. Actually I was hoping to move out of Politics for a bit, and just talk about the whole reasoning people Protest something in the first place.
I mean I know that some if it is there for good reasons. However I know there are also set ups in the 3D, where they do things like walk a mile, or a mile run. By setup I mean they set these causes in motions for everyone to part take in, and it turns out to be a very peaceful setting. Without a Riot. I guess I'm fed up with seeing so many angry mobs formed.
I have heard about the Occupy Wall Street, everyone has a right to Protest against something, but at the end of day does it really make a person happy to know that they had a whole group of people together in one sitting. I mean sure for some it does make them happy to think that.
The worry some about these Protesting things, are things that could get out of hand. Things like bombing a place, burning down a building, random shootings and things like that.

If the whole galaxy is a tyranny , and the protests start getting heard about on other planets it´ll increase the chances that the civilians there will rebel - the whole galaxy becomes a Galaxy Liberation Front. If Alex Collier is right that is.....
Hey Apis, Yeah in this lifetime there will probably be a lot more protesting going on, more then we thought there would be. It would be nice to hear some speeches more focusing on Empathy, and Spiritual growth movement, instead of the whole Riot act that seems to get in the news more.
I don't know, Apis maybe I'm just worn out by the whole Politic talk around here that never gets solved and time for a change :0(. I use to love talking about Politics, and the changes that could be made, and the things happening with it, but lately I just don't have the strength anymore to get into it again.
