I have been trying to astral project for atleast 3 to 4 months..
Every time.Relaxing for approx. 40 min's,Getting the vibrations but then!
NOTHING.. i just cant. And believe me im going nuts,pls someone help

I'm having the same issue, at least when it comes to self-led Astral Travel...I do it in my sleep a lot but I and up in random places (in people's rooms watching them sleep mostly)...Last night I also came to a point where my body shook but I stayed. It happened while I was invoking the Violet flame...

The vibration means you are getting closer to projection. Keep focusing on something and you will feel your physical and astral bodies separating. Keep concentrating and you will get a result soon.

Falling asleep is a common problem humanity has, in general. It is our conditining and the habit of daydreaming during the day that makes us unaware of the sleep process and unable to astral project consciously.
Try to stay aware of the moment and your external environment, as much as you can, during the day. You will see some difference in your night and astral life. I admire your focus on relaxing your body properly, that is where most people fail. You are only a few steps away from astral projection.
