  i think the important thing is for people to be able to admit they are wrong when they make a mistake , i have no problems doing this and do it when necessary.

  there is no shame in making a mistake unless you have been brought up with the doctrine
   that failure is a sin or something similar.

  Dear Lori, 

  The theory does apply in practice as well. It is a different paradigm in thinking. Where you acknowledge the energy as it is and recognize how you interpret and respond to it. Like attracts like. So if you see a particular frequency as negative, you will attract that which responds to that energy in a negative manner. When you accept the energy for what it is you then get to choose how you respond to it because you have no assigned response to it. Not saying its easy. Its actually really crappy, If I AM honest. It is counter intuitive. However over time it becomes a methodical process, and it liberates resources which allow you to become more sensitive to the subtler energies.

  It is the foundation of metaphysical mastery,in my humble opinion of course.

  Thanks for posting Lori, interesting channeling.

  Overall I agree with his message

  There are some details that I would question, and in so doing tie the whole channeling together.

  As I've said on a number of occasions, energy. in and of itself has no agenda. It is neither good or evil, negative or positive, It is just vibration of varying frequency, pitch and amplitude that just is. It is we humans, (and animals of course) that put the spin on the vibration. That spin is determined by our overall experience of life. If for example, you have issues of the base chakra you will interpret the lower vibrational frequencies as uncomfortable at the least, through to suicidal if you really have issue there. Someone who is resolved in the base chakra however may deem these frequencies to be fun, And on it goes up through the chakras. 

  So what is it that makes this perceptional difference of frequency between one person and another? Fear infused memories of course. Fear in its pure state is our in the moment, heightened state of awareness survival mechanism. It is not logic that gets you to jump out of the way of a stampeding buffalo, It is fear. Spontaneous, and instantaneous. Floods the system with adrenalin. Slows down time,  Sizes up the situation in a heartbeat. And has you running to safety before yo realize whats happened. 

   The problems arise with fear when it is assigned to a traumatic memory. The unconscious seeks to protect us from trauma and so partitions off that part of the neurology so that we are not living the trauma over and over again, It does this by creating a "bubble" of fear around the area as a boundary.Fair enough you might say. The problem here though is that you lose access to the information and resources stored there. As your thoughts approach that part of the mind they are warned off by a big "Do Not enter" sign written in fear. This IS the darkness within. 

  When a frequency is received that stimulates that part of the neurology it is perceived as negative, or evil, or uncomfortable. So we tend to avoid. The problem here is that every time you avoid it, and use a  pre programmed, work around behaviour, you give it permission to expand its boundaries. The potential exists for the fear to eventually take over the asykum. It manifest as paranoia, schizophrenia, hatred,  lack of self esteem cancer, and so on.

   This is why you cannot avoid your dark. You can push to the light, And maybe find it. However your dark is always there in the background, waiting for the opportunity to manifest in your life and remind you that you are incomplete. In this way your dark is the compass pointing to your solution. which exists on the other side of the fear boundary.

  The more dark you have of course the more work you have to do enlightening it. Over time this working in the trenches of your fears starts to build up momentum. This is the elastic band effect that Basher was talking about. You can only push so far into the dark before your innate need to be In Love again catapults you back in the direction of the light.

   This is by no means easy or enjoyable to do. Our dualistic free choice means that we have to choose against the alarm bells that ring in our hearts as we approach the boundaries of our darkness. However, in my experience, it is here that the key to our higher self, and ascension lay.

    So remember this next time you criticize a channel or a channeling. It is you that is responding to the frquency of the vibration. It is up to you to make peace with that frequency. Not the other way around. when all is said and done, you are reacting to words..

  Positive and Negative

  So why do we label things as positive and negative? What does it serve? Or is it just judgements that should be avoided?

  From the energy perspective, which is the true reality, to differentiate positive and negative is helpful for us to align with higher frequency and raise our consciousness. What we define as positive are those entities or situations with higher frequency level than our own. By align with their frequencies, the life force/energy are transferred to us. We feel happy and uplifted emotionally. Our perception is heightened because of the raised consciousness level. Even our physical bodies are stronger. It is opposite with the negative energies because they deprive us of the life force we have. What is why we need to differentiate the information we read and the situation we are in if we want to walk on the path of ascension.

  Live in a duality world as human, everyone has his/her positive traits and negative ones, some say divine Self and ego self. To deny the negative traits or ego and appreciate only the positive ones is sending negative energies to negative traits and positive energies to positive ones.And it will keep it that way: duality. Only unconditional love and forgiveness to oneself can bring healing because high frequency of love will raise the vibration of the negative traits and transform it into the frequency of oneness.
