yes it does..................I.ve seen some serious anomalies in the clouds when I lived in back woods of Missourie and Arkansas but this stuff was interesting back here couple days ago..............
I was livestreaming our local radar/weather report today and it was showing this weird, circular storm just sitting in the same spot for, maybe like 3 hrs just west of here and no reports of any rain.....................I see this pattern often lately and am convinced that those are HAARP...................like I said above, I watched Haarp in action in Arkansas and let me tell you, it was weird and also I saw small , metalic floating objects on the outer rims of these storms.............

yeah, places like africa need rain all over the place. colorado, here in US is in desperate need of rain to slow down the fires..............
