frankston is where i live that video showed it about 8 seconds into the video.
I seen similar ships on a daily bases here, i even seen beings hovering over towards me in their ships but these ones i experienced happens to be loving beings, this ufo i saw was like the one in close encounters of the third kind except without the spikes on it's ship but oddly shaped metallic ones that were different then the pure bright white florescent lightships or the golden lightships or the blue oval lightships i usually see. I only felt loving energies emanating from these ones i witnessed.
Never had to fear any of them. I felt like in my past before i was born i knew them some how.
