Ordinary Milk Or Organic Milk Or Ahimsa Milk Or The Vegan Way NO Milk

First choice is Vegan Way no dairy milk but natural alternative organic milk is best ...like organic oat milk 

Second choice is Ahimsa Milk where the cows are treated with great respect and slaughter free . Check @
