Open-contact and Life being yourself

I have wondered this very question, and a thought about it in my head over this past week. is the date between open contact 2015-2033 is that a solid time frame or can it be changed and moved around. I wonder alot about this and i am excited for the arrival of the Shalanaya or "Those who come first(Yahyel)". I wonder if we as a society is going at a good rate. The last thing is, living life as you always have been since birth but being aware of what is out there and your true power as a living being of this universe, should you act as if you are being a represenative or act as yourself regardless of what it is negatively or positively because there is no "bad" or "good", there is only "bad" and "good" and living in this way will allow you to be more connected. My question is, is it required to meditate or look into yourself at times because i am very new to meditation and have tried for a week now to channel adronis of the sirius star system, how would i know if i was channeling or even if i was in a meditative stat. I ask this cause i don't know if i am connecting or even meditating when i try. If anyone can answe both of my topic questions i would be greatfull and thankfull. Thank you and good day to all.

    Perspective is everything, if you look at contact it is both personal and collective contact, many people have already had personal contact which precipitates eventual mass contact or collective contact. EVERYTHING is forever changing, as well as the time frame you stated for contact, contact could happen tomorrow if such an event was thought to be right for earth in that moment and that the people would accept it. Throw away that time frame and be in the NOW moment. It is that simple.

    With regards to your question about meditation. Let me first suggest that you relax and take it easy, i too had many questions, about how i was doing it and weather i was actually feeling what i was feeling etc. No one can confirm to you what you are indeed feeling or channeling through. If you use comparative emotion e.g how you felt before and during the meditation, write it down... so you can see for yourself that you are indeed experiencing what you say you are experiencing because truly only your own opinion matters. I might suggest however you try a different kind of meditation? if that is ok.. it might give you a different place to base your other meditations..,as you are new to it all. A guided meditation will help you loosen up before you enter the mental void of silent meditation, there is a fab one the " Universal Mind Meditation" on youtube by Kelly Howell, youtube has some great ones as well.

    when you are in a moment of conscious clarification during meditation make a serious effort to remember the feeling you had to it becomes more real to you.
