It took me two weeks of total striking from meat and feeling sick to the stomach every time it came near me in order for my parents to realize I was serious about it. We came to the compromise that as long as they are putting food on the table, I will eat chicken and fish in order to keep my ion levels up naturally while I'm still a growing teenager.
In my country, we become responsible for ourselves at the age of 18 and so then I will alter my eating habits again. It has been months since I have touched any meat besides chicken and the common fish.
I wish I could stop eating meat altogether though I'm only 16 so my parents have control over what I eat. I'm lucky that I was able to convince them that I'll only eat some meats (chicken and fish). I wish it could be as it used to be when animals chose to give up their bodies for food.

Nope trust me, If I know Kali (which I very, very, very much do - don't ask why I won't answer sorry) then I know that she actually rather likes animals and hates to see meaningless slaughter. While she discourages the fear of death and dying, she doesn't like it when it's unnecessary. If anything, the slaughtering that they are doing is going to irritate Kali and she may decide that now is the time to have that religion destroyed - because this is what the God's are currently planning.
Also a Goddess does not need blood to live though they do require a lot more energy than most spirits, which they partially get from worshippers. But religions are untrue so they're working to destroy them from Earth at this moment so that they can teach how it really is and have the energy flow between the top gens and the lower gens be honest and true.
In the age of Kali animal sacrifice creates more heavy karma...people need to respect the rights of animals...they are sharing this planet with us...when animals and humans live in peace ascension will be nearer

Well, I can say with some certinity that the goddess isn't pleased at all. If she were, their entire country wouldn't be in the sorry state it is today. Bad security and no political stability.

Do not fear, justice for the animals is coming. I, too, have a familiar (an animal that loves me and I love them and we just understand each other and swap energy in a power bond) and to see the destruction of animals on such a mass basis is sickening because these animals did not want to be slaughtered.
