Another practice is to close both eyes and search within your head where the third eye is located and meditate on it being there and then opening it and sharpening it and developing deep awareness of it.
Also when eating food eat some which you know is good for the third eye ....yeeha

Eat Coconut Oil

Stop Wearing Sunglasses
