A little inspiration for remembering to keep the awareness in our hearts every night before we rest.Let us meditate to connect to those who resonate with the light and project positive intent among our globe in a flower of life-like grid--creating new harmonious circles of light and repairing broken/disjointed ones. In our minds eye and hearts, let us hold hands to see and feel the world flowing again...the water pure among nations. See that we work and sing and dance together for the good of Earth. From the cells in our bodies to the spaces beyond our planet...Feel the energy flow.Group meditations are always more powerful. Together we can amplify the effects :)Namaste
