  i am not and will never claim to be the expert on addiction or anything except myself (hopefully). i have 6 mo off of cigerettes 2 months off of meat and sadley 5 days off of   drugs but hopefully instead of that number starting over it will increases.  i have cuts o0n my arm froim self inflicted wounds. my job is not one of happiness as i am an escort. i do understand self hate and paain but i do beleive there is something better. i know your not looking for a friend . a friend whats that? but the fact that u post this question on acc is a sign of a survivor.. im sure i can learn a lot from your skills. ill be watching....

  Im just speaking at you straight. Im not even trying to use reverse psychology.

  If you want to keep buying into this "don't do it!" speech these other people are giving you, then you're just wanting attention (ie, "ive got this syndrome and I need help").

  But im not telling you to Do It either. But don't be a damn victim.

   

  Im telling you to really look at the facts here. And im not in your shoes, but from what ive seen none of this is worth you losing your life over.

  So im not quite just telling you to "get over it" but I am saying that what you're Feeling is just that, its something you roll with the punches.

  Its good that you know what your Purpose is (right?)... you've got Plans and stuff. Just keep your eye fixed on the prize. Just keep swimming toward that point.

   

  And don't entertain any more thoughts about killing yourself, and don't send any messages like these anywhere. Whenever you catch yourself feeling that way, Remember what you're here to do, and what you still want to do.

  That's how you pull through this - you don't resist these thoughts - you ignore them and bypass them.

   

  If I didn't do that I would've been dead ages ago. And to be honest I did get over being depressed, because I stopped feeding my depression.

  My personal concerns are just over having become so Sensitive and Unfulfilled that anything significant in the opposite direction of what I want would just make my life an unnecessary waste of energy and suffering.

  do not concern yourself with other people - concern yourself with yourself and your heart, easier said than done sometimes, but it is about self preservation and caring for yourself. focus yourself on high thoughts and high activities and it will not matter what others do..... you gotta fight for yourself.....

  It is important to understand that everyone else here on Earth, is here to learn and grow.  Earth is a school. 

   

  Yes many people do tread all over us, as though they are ostriches.  It's shit!  I too have trodden on people and hurt them, but now I am more conscious - I'd never want to deliberately hurt anyone.

   

  You must rise above it and see that people are at different stages of growth, and they too are on a path of reincarnation.  The next life cycle carries further lessons in order for people to gain more knowledge and life experience.
