When I came out of the army I was extreamely unwell due to the Gulf war. My body weight shot down to 8 stone and I had a couple of strange experiences. I was in a bath at home totally exhusted, I had an experience where I travelled into a tunnel of light and felt at complete ease and loved. Another occasion I left my body and was given a guided tour of the universe which i found very exhilarating. Has anybody else on here had similar experiences? Just interested to know :)

It used to happen when I slept sometimes, but never any more. At first it was terrifying, then it was more relaxed, then for some reason I had a dream where I or someone who looked like me sabotaged this ability and it's been less and less frequent and more difficult to even move in that state.
