What I would like to point out is how much the shape of the cloud resembles the shape of the iridescent rainbow cloud phenomenon recorded recently in Costa Rica. Perhaps severe volcanic activity is occurring underground in Costa Rica and we surface dwellers are completely unawares. The worlds largest volcano is Yellowstone and the worlds largest underground volcano chain was recently discovered stretching from South Australia to near the top of Queensland. Something else just occurred, Before the Cheyliabinsk meteor impact, or almost impact, remember seeing footage of that giant ring in the sky over Moscow I think it was? Was that a sign that doom was soon to come from the sky in Russia? Again it proved itself right, and did you happen to see any of the supposed footage of the UFO destroying the meteor with a beam, seconds before it exploded, just in the nick of time to save millions of lives? Things get obvious right at the end and you put all the pieces together backwards.

I think the key is simply a communication of the type of resonance the geological region is set to experience. Shifting color spectra in the clouds is warning of shifting plate tectonics and rings in the sky are warning of huge impacts or maybe volcanic activity, since after signs in the sky became very common, almost every volcano on earth went active.
I think it's interesting that the last major earthquake in China was directly preceded by iridescent rainbow cloud phenomenon and a series of anomalies. Now of course there has been a earthquake in Chile, I think we should view the appearance of these cloud formations as the herald of tectonic activity.
I have seen something similar to this over my house which appeared to have two beings standing in it. I pointed my phone at it and it began to break up. I think that is their craft becoming partway visible to us because they want to slowly reveal themselves, or they are projections either from the actual craft or from the ground which I think is least likely. Through the dreams I have had where it has been an experience aboard their craft, which seemed very real, I can tell you that is the shape of the craft, and also the translucent aspect is very common to most of their technology being a clear form of silica.
