My Experience Of General Customer Services of Staff in London Stores...Unfriendly, Unprofessional and Incompetent...ACC tell us your experience with Customer Services in Stores

Generally most are Money Grabbers.Living in London since last century I find customer serviced in stores has detoriated to a low level.Most of the Staff are money grabbers, rude and unfriendly.Most lack basic common sense ... take for example cafes.. Most put their fingers in the drinking area of the cups and in some cafes will give you a tea bag with their dirty hands.Most handle money and touch food.Most do not wash their hands as often as they should and most wear gloves to keep their hand clean as the touch their overalls and tills and then serve food.Very few really care about the service they provide to customers but care more about themselves...the police is as long as I am alright Jack and Jill the rest can go to hell.Mostly foreigners who have multiplied in London lack basic common sense.I have been served cold indian food in a famous store in Oxford Street.The point is they lack Basic Common Sense...and of you complain they get moody not realising their mistakes.I prefer self service checkouts machines to avoid incompetent staff.Now tell us your experience with customer services/staff in stores in your area.

    I am free of their bs.....

    consumerism has its negative side.......................
