November 14th is the 5 year anniversary of when a good friend I knew died in a car accident. She was 27 years old when she died in 2005, vehicle was driving on a mountain road in Colorado, drove over black ice then slid, and drove off a cliff into a creek far below where she drowned. Her boyfriend (common law husband) was a guy I knew in college. She left a young baby son behind. It was quite a traumatic event for me. This experience began my serious awakening and I quested to know more about spirit and the other side, finally culminating in contacting her and saying goodbye and then performing Tibetan prayers for her enlightenment.
After more than 9 years I finally found her husband after reviewing the obituary archived online from 2005 and doing a google search. He just registered a domain name for his business this year and was not online before. He has a business set up in Colorado. So I wrote him, it was difficult to write but I wanted to close this chapter in my life. I didn't get a response back yet, but maybe I will when he works again on Monday.
Last night there was a terrible storm outside my house. Winds and much rain. I fell asleep and slept for longer than usual. I dreamed about my town. It was severely flooding and some kind of giant tornado was over the town. My house was on the hill. The town below was so flooded that the basements detached from the ground and the houses that detached were sucked upward near my house into the tornado overhead. More and more houses detached and were sucked upward. My house started to shake as the flood waters rose to the hill and I felt it begin to detach from the ground. Then I woke up.
Normally I am good at interpreting dreams but this one I cannot interpret. Is it related to the structures in my life being pulled up and sucked away (like friends dying in the past)? Any suggestions?
