When the food comes from the cook to your table the food should not be touched by anyone..and plates just touchéd on the sides and cups top drinking area should not be touched.

Those handling Money and Gadgets should not be touching/serving Food but to tell them is like arguing with Zombies
I remember a case in the news about a chinese restaurant years ago that had rats running around... and pooping everywhere on the food yuck, lol ... and the chefs was serving food and handling money.
When the health inspectors saw it only months later... they shut the place down, it was all over the media... this blog reminds me of that case lol
maybe it takes extreme measures like that for people to take notice♥
