"Ross Malfa on his website publishes communiques from one Raheem, who describes himself this way:

“I am Raheem. I am a fully conscious walk-in. I am currently the chairman of the Galactic Federation of Light High Council (which is the highest council in the spiritual hierarchy of light). I am the former Commander of the Ashtar Command (universal peace keeping military unit), which has been replaced by the current New High Command. Off planet I am often referred to as the Commander or just Raheem.” (2)

According to a book of names, “Raheem” is an Islamic name that means “merciful, kind, compassionate.” (3) Not much mercy, kindness or compassion here.

Why would a “universal” commander have an Islamic name? Could it be that some disinformation source wants to rankle western readers and detract from the support the GFOL gets by inserting a “channeled” figure with an Islamic name? How many other galactic commanders do you know with Islamic names? I know none. I also know none with Christian, Jewish or other terrestrial names.

Though he’s the former commander of Ashtar Command and the current chairman of the Galactic Federation of Light High Council, which he tells us is the “highest council in the spiritual hierarchy of light,” he is also “a fully conscious walk-in.”

Why would the chairman of the “highest council in the spiritual hierarchy of light” choose to walk in to a third-dimensional body? Who is minding the store? Why does he need to walk in, thereby obliging him to wrestle with the same barriers that we have to wrestle with by wearing this wet blanket we call a body? What purpose does it serve that the Chairman of the GFOL High Council – and the highest council in the spiritual hierarchy – walks in?

Where is the planning and high purpose in taking the chairman of such an exalted body and assigning him a walk-in role, especially when, as we’ll see later, Raheem predicts that Ascension will not occur and the Earth will suffer a nuclear holocaust in which half the planet dies. If that is so, what is Raheem doing down here in a rented body? That’s like asking Marlon Brando to play the water boy at the Super Bowl.

Moreover, evolved beings would know that there is no such thing as the “highest council in the spiritual hierarchy of light.” There is virtually always a council higher than the one any individual person is in. And, if this person is only commanding a “universal” fleet of spaceships, he stands well below, for example, the angelic orders, who also belong to the spiritual hierarchy, as do the Elohim, Melchizedeks and many other exalted orders of beings. Are their councils not “higher”?

Moreover, the spiritual hierarchy is arranged around planets and stars – there is a spiritual hierarchy for Earth, Sirius, the Pleiades, etc. The GFOL in the vicinity of Earth serves the spiritual hierarchy of Earth.

There is no one “highest council of the spiritual hierarchy of light.” If there were one, it would be associated with Earth or Sirius, etc. The Law of Free Will would require this. Sirians would not be permitted to determine the future of Earth. The Earth’s own spiritual hierarchy would.

Again, the GFOL work through this planet’s White Brotherhood, whose lead they follow. Raheem simply speaks on his own initiative and authority. I don’t think that would happen. To do so would be to appear guilty of interfering and we’ve heard SaLuSa and Matthew say repeatedly that the galactics cannot interfere in our own affairs, at least not until after the divine deadline for an event like disclosure to happen – but even there, they will operate under the leadership of our own White Brotherhood.

Replaced by the new High Command? Haven’t heard that from any other source – never mind SaLuSa (since Matthew does not “work for” the GFOL) not Mira, the many Arcturian groups, Blossom, Sheldan, not anyone else.

Notice as well the spelling errors and rough diction used by Raheem. I personally have never heard a high being who speaks as poorly as he. Both the channels they choose and they themselves speak rather well, in my opinion. But Raheem has a great deal of difficulty with the language, even though he is a “walk in” and has access to the body’s former tenant’s mind (a letter on Rumor Mill News suggests that Raheem and Ross Malfa are one, by the way). Raheem actually sounds fairly Third-Dimensional, rather than anything higher. And if he were who he claims he is, I would expect him to be much higher than even Fifth-Dimensional. But his speaking does not reflect it.

Anyways to turn to his message on SaLuSa and Matthew, according to Raheem, they have been put on trial and found to have withheld the truth or failed to identify people, depending on which message from Raheem you read.

Now think about it for a minute. Why would the Galactic Federation of Light put people on trial? First of all, Matthew does not belong to the GFOL. How could they put him on trial? Second of all, if SaLuSa and Matthew had made errors, why try them? Why not just speak to them. They themselves exist in realms where the kinds of actions attributed to them are rarer than hen’s teeth. I doubt very much if either someone like Matthew or SaLuSa would ever find themselves put on trial.

If we can get past these objections, why would the GFOL tell us that SaLuSa and Matthew have been tried? How credible does that leave the GFOL? Matthew and SaLuSa have been speaking to us for years and the GFOL suddenly puts them on trial. But then isn’t that the very reason why this material is being propagated – to call the competence of the GFOL into question? To confuse and stir up doubt and fear?

Can we expect to see a statement next week from someone else that Raheem has been unseated as chairman because he revealed private matters to terrestrials? Why would the GFOL operate that way? Is it not the fantasy of a 3D mind?

Now look for a minute at the charges. Matthew and SaLuSa have “admitted in a hearing that they have been impartial and have taken sides with one particular group (on the planet)….”

Excuse me? Admitted to being impartial and then admitted to being partial? Which one? Why would anyone “admit” to being “impartial” in the first place? What’s wrong with being impartial?

And where can it be found that either Matthew or SaLuSa have taken sides with one particular group on the planet? Since Raheem has broached the matter, why has he not given us some evidence to support his allegations?

Not only do Matthew and SaLuSa go to great lengths to reassure us that the dark will be lovingly treated, but they discuss on many occasions what that loving treatment will be. I have never heard Matthew or SaLuSa say a malicious thing about the dark. So where does Raheem get his information from?

I would imagine that disinformation like this will trap only those new to the field and unused to the messages of Matthew and SaLusa, but it may give pain to Suzy and Mike and that’s what I feel badly about. And it may leave a tiny unconscious doubt in the minds of a few others.

Here then is Raheem’s account of the trial of Matthew and SaLuSa. Oh, by the way, I expect more messages from Matthew and SaLuSa and these would not be forthcoming if they were tried, found guilty, and “removed.”
