(Natural News) Governments across the globe attempted to control the public by enforcing mass vaccination and vaccine passports at the height of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Now, the World Health Organization (WHO) is planning to implement a Global Digital Health Certificate. The implementation of the digital health certificate is among the 307 amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) proposed by 94 member nations of the WHO.
The proposed amendments to the IHR are a completely different set of proposals to the “Pandemic Treaty.” Amendments to the IHR were adopted in 2022 without Senate/Parliament confirmation. These amendments could easily be adopted in the same manner.
Report hints at implementation of Global Digital Health certification network
The World Health Assembly (WHA) will hold a meeting from May 21-30. In preparation for the upcoming meeting, attendees have been uploading documents, including a progress report called “Report O.”
The report states that there are plans to implement a Global Digital Health certification network.
In an episode of Steve Bannon’s “War Room,” James Roguski warned that while the Global Digital Health Certificate is on “a voluntary basis,” the authorities are currently building the infrastructure necessary to “track and trace everybody on the planet.”
Additionally, building these systems takes time and money, suggesting that they won’t be “voluntary” for long, warned Roguski. (Related: Ashish Jha, Biden’s new COVID-19 Coordinator, wants everyone to have “vaccine passports.”)
Considering the context that Indonesian Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin referred to the Global Digital Health Certification at the 2022 B20 Summit, it seems unlikely that the measure will be on a “voluntary basis.”
Indonesia’s presidency of the G20 began on December 1, 2021. By November 2022, Sadikin flaunted Indonesia’s achievements during its G20 presidency at the B20 Summit. B20 is the official forum for G20 dialogue with the global business community.
This organization is one of many blurring the lines between public and private interests. It attempts to push the world closer to the ideology of a world controlled by unelected businessmen who will make sure that they cannot be held accountable as they manipulate government policies to maximize profits without a care for the cost to human life, liberty or rights.
At the B20 Summit, Sadikin told B20 attendees that Indonesia must invest in “emergency medical countermeasures” and the “business opportunities” this creates.
“What are the business opportunities for you? Then business for emergency medical countermeasures which is diagnostic, vaccine, therapeutics or medicine will grow very, very fast globally,” said Sadikin.
Sasha Latypova, head of investigative group Team Enigma, highlighted the word “countermeasures” in her research.
When talking about what was marketed to the public as “COVID vaccines,” Latypova said that the Department of Defense (DoD) ordered “demonstrations” from pharmaceutical companies using the same secretive framework they use to order weapons.
“No pharmaceutical regulation applies to countermeasures,” Latypova warned.
Sadikin floats the idea of a global surveillance system
Sadikin also tried to sell the idea of a global surveillance system using the language of a warlike footing, while emphasizing potential business opportunities. Sadikin talked about the enemy, which is not a human being, but pathogens that “need surveillance system like when you are being attacked by alien out of the country.”
He said all countries will likely link all radar systems to improve surveillance “if the enemy is coming from outside the planet.” Similar to that, Sadikin said the world needs to “strengthen and link our radar systems for [a] pathogen.”
If there is another pandemic, Sadikin said stopping the spread of the virus requires limiting, not stopping the movement of the people through a “digital health certificate, acknowledged by the WHO.”
