Martial law has been decalred in New York City. This comes in response to this year's biggest snow storm.
The New York Police Department is threatening to arrest anyone on the road. They are calling it a "travel ban."
"After 2:30 p.m and you're on the road, we will arrest you @NYPDChiefofDept says," NYPD says.

Marshal law , really ? When was the last time you tried to clean an area that houses 7 million people , or so. It is a defamation against the name of Joseph Stalin, for him to be compared to a New York Mayor...LOL... ;-) Also, in Stalin's era, he did not seek molly coddling of his population...this western mania for "elf and safety," nanny state interventions and over protection of the population, bordering on the behaviour of paranoid parents, was definitely lacking in the USSR......That nation had no health and safety concerns, at all, for it's population...None...workplace, factory, military, civic spaces, or anywhere else and definitely no political correctness, in the form we see today in the EU and US..
