Here's the logo. Below it is a U.S. spy satellite with the same logo:

Now notice how this logo compares with the "United Underworld" seal from "Batman" (1966). This was the group composed of Joker, Catwoman, Riddler, and The Penguin. A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION:

And here is United Underworld below. ALL ARE EVIL CRIMINALS. Notice that Catwoman looks something like Michelle Obama (with a Michael Jackson skin treatment), Penguin looks something like Dick Cheney (with half of his glasses on), Joker looks something like Barack Obama (with a lot of makeup and wig), and Riddler looks something like George W. Bush (with his hair slicked back).
