AN IMPORTANT QUESTIONS TO.. Lightworkers from other Planets incarnated here and Inner Earth Beings tell us what is best for us to Eat and Drink during this Ascension time....
Our diet's will certainly change with the Shift as our bodies change with the shift. I am a strict vegetarian and try to eat more organic food. I drink crystallized water by putting crystals in a jar and adding mineral water and putting by the window so the Sun charges it up. I know that the Moon is an artificial satellite so i do not think Moon charging is going to be any good.
I AM DRINKING 100% PURE CHILLED COCONUT WATER DAILY EARLY IN THE MORNING as it is one of the purest drink available on this Planet being enclosed in a hard shell so no chance of contamination..it is good for cleansing your system, refreshing and tasty. Remember you can live for a few days just on coconut water. For health benefits of coconut water please click on link below:

Yes, cool drinks are superb, but I've found, from my travel experiences that sometimes a warm tea, drank in a hot dry climate (non humid) is the best at quenching thirst....such as the mint teas popular in North Africa.....
If ever you visit Tunisia or Morocco, I would recommend mint tea....especially if you are Sahara treking...as full of energy too... :-)
Good post, Ravinder, a lot of great ideas here. I would suggest that you listen to your own body and let it decide for you what it wants and needs. I eat whatever I want and disdain orders like eating three meals a day, I usually eat when I am hungry and I do not force my children to eat or "clean their plate". I've never had a weight problem or issues with food. However my body is demanding more veggies and less meat- so I have almost cut it from my diet completely.
And I have discovered the joy of aloe vera water... it's soooo delicious and refreshing.... and I feel stronger for having it.
Hi Ravinder,
Have been vegetarian for 3 decades, no dairy, wheat, gluten, preservatives, salt, sugar, drink rain or mountain spring water, and kawakawa as a hot drink.
Highly recommend Steve's raw food delight LOL, finely cut cabbage or lettuce, chopped onion, avocado, grated carrot, grated beetroot, finely cut parsley, lentil sprouts, lemon juice, organic cider vinegar, table spoon flaxseed oil or sufflower
served with organic basmati rice and fresh asparagus mushrooms and courgettes , yum
