President Barack Obama made an embarrassing blunder earlier today during his press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel when he described the post-coup government of Kiev as “duly elected”.
While Obama himself along with other members of the administration have repeatedly complained about pro-Russian “propaganda” clouding the Ukraine crisis, the President’s characterization of a government that came to power as a direct result of a violent overthrow of the democratically elected Yanukovich administration as “duly elected,” when no democratic vote of any kind took place, is either a huge gaffe or a flagrant act of deception.
Here’s the full quote in context from the transcript (emphasis mine);
“What they cannot accept, understandably, is the notion that they are simply an appendage, an extension of Russia, and that the Kremlin has veto power over decisions made by a duly elected government in Kiev.”
Of course, the government in Kiev is anything but duly elected since it was installed with the aid of the United States itself after a violent uprising that unseated the previous government which actually was duly elected.
The stage was set for the Ukraine revolt to become violent in December when US Assistant Secretary of State for Europe Victoria Nuland announced that the U.S. would invest $5 billion in order to help Ukrainians achieve “a good form of government.”
The true nature of that government was subsequently revealed when leaked phone conversations emerged of Nuland conspiring with US ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt to pick Ukraine’s future puppet leaders, personally recommending Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who soon became interim Prime Minister for the post-coup regime.
Documents also emerged confirming that the Euromaidan uprising was largely financed by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in concert with numerous American NGOs.
To describe the Kiev government as “duly elected” is almost as silly as saying that North Korea’s Kim Jong-un was voted into office, but not a single member of the press who was at the event picked Obama up on this huge faux pas.

Another out-of-context political Obama bashing thread on ACC. Yay. I can feel the spirituality and enlightenment just flowing in here.
Read the fine print and look at the website block on top where it says "The Awakening Movement." Spirituality and enlightenment isn't just reserved for the comfortably numb who like to state "I am awake." It includes the people who claim and point out that the emperor isn't wearing any clothes.
Apparently its reserved for the Alex Jones crowd who think every time they get a FWD:FWD:FWD from their uncle George, they feel they need to run to a spiritual website and post any kind of half-baked anti-Obama tripe. In case you missed it, I also used the word 'enlightenment'. Its too bad you only see and hear what you want to.
For two years I've been posting articles on Ashtarcommand about astrology (listed under the Ashtarcommand topic "Astrology") and UFOs (under the Ashtarcommand topic "Star Children") and articles from InfoWars and Mike Rivero (under the topic "Alternative Media"). I even posted a an interview with Laura Eisenhower regarding her insight about all of these topics under Ashtarcommand's "Spirituality" topic section.
I see, hear, and have posted much more per variety than your claim that I "only see and and hear what you want." If you don't like the conversation or topic, provide good reasoning why you don't like it or change the channel and move on to another discussion. I do that with a lot of topics, unless there is something very wrong and I can point it out with proof.
Its funny, because when I look at your profile, and go down the list, it looks like something straight out of free-republic. Your tinfoil hat must be epic. What you are doing here is nothing short of shameless political tree-stumping. You want those shadows to be real, but they aren't.
You obviously didn't read my profile too well, and hence you may be the one who is one-sided in thinking. You didn't mention my astrology book recommendations by Hand or Niggemann, as well as the political topics. I usually reserve my profile for people who want to be friends via Ashtar anyway, and not one-sided critics.

I've concluded that the only way I'll be able to save at least some of this world is by creating massive and logically foolproof hoaxes that simply will scare everyone into instant niceness, instead of having to wait for Darwin to select the most fit over a seemingly endless time. ;)

OMG...really, Malcolm? McCain is ADVISING Obama to send weapons to the Ukraine...it's not the other way around and McCain ADVISING does not mean Obama is ARMING the separatists. Those are two completely different words meaning two different things.
Who is arming the Russian protesters in the Ukraine, BTW?
