  • how may I know for sure I am in fact right?
  • Kogikoro and I - if I remember it correctly - reached an interesting position in our analysis of the problem of common sense - one of us, myself, if I remember it correctly, thought that common sense is like a seed or seeds which when planted, will bear the fruit of the labour of the farmer who planted the seed......
  • and this action will then lead to an understanding and agreement where both parties who are having conversations with each other or participating in some debate or some project - benefit.......am I right on that too?
    • and you are right here as well.
  • and so Drome - your concept of common sense is that common sense is action which is devoid of ignorance.........am I right?
    • Yes you are right
  • So, kogikoro - you consider thus common sense to be using knowledge at the expense of ignorance - and thus that it is not ignorance, but wisdom which is bliss - thus the two of us are in major disagreement with the Matrix movie´s character when he said ´ignorance is bliss´......
    • ignorance is fearing/ignoring the dark (or vice-versa)

      bliss is feeling advance

that is how I think about it all

      -

      common sense

like? :understanding the other person his objective and agree with as result profits for both parties

  • Ah.. The common sense! I suppose there is no need for me to comment due to my involvement in the original conversation. But I will gladly show my love by posting one. Common sense is an important key to the knowledge of the universe. If you completely understand the TRUE meaning of common sense, it brings you one step closer to TRUE enlightenment. Zanndo would have a better understanding if you subtract the part about "experience." In the third comment.
  • how would you then explain to a blind man, or someone who is deaf, or someone who is both blind and deaf, and still have common sense, common sense?
