Just found out what works against discomfort in ascension process

I've recently had a lot of discomfort due to the ascension process where I felt spacy and bad in my body and was unable to sleep and had no energy at all.

I just discovered that grounding meditation works really well and now I'm totally balanced again and fully charged.

    Meditation is so wonderful for alignment and raising vibrational frequency, so glad you found peace my friend!
