Is it possible that my parakeets see my spirit?

I have astral traveled since I was a little girl but back then I didnt know what it was called. I always did it via dream<3 Almost all of my dreams are on some different plane of existence and realm. I noticed that when I turned 13 that a lot of the stuff i was already able to do was shown to me and i realized that i wasn't normal; i never have been but I noticed ti then. I started started seeing spiritual things more and more and having more encounters. There used to be spirits in our house and when I go to sleep; I wouldsleep peacefully but then ;before i woke up; i'd always end up in our house and it was real but a different level of existence and i'd see the spirits and confront them and then i would be able to wake up. I have two parakeets and every morning before I wake up ; they start screaming very loudly and wake me up completely and then I go in there to see and they stop for the rest of the day. Is it possible that they see my soul coming back from whereever I was when I was asleep?

My mom has also said she's seena woman when i'm asleep she said that it's a black shadow and it's about my height .She said one night she was asleep and was awaken up by something ;that she saw a person in my mom an ddad's room and she was my height but i twas a black shadow and that it flew past her and left . She thought it was me at first she said but she said it never replied back to her when she talked. I was asleep at that time; is it possible that it was me she saw ?Sorry i have to post like this ; i'm on my mobile phone all my computers are destroyed. I have a knack for somehow messing up electronics and stopping watches -.-
