Hello friends,
So I understand the waking in the middle of the night is a part of ascention ( I think so?? ). But lately, for a few months, I have been waking around 3 or 3:30am almost on the dot, or on it. I wake with energy and a feeling of purpose. But sometimes its different, sometimes I feel fear, and I don't like it. I just want to hear others experiences or opinions. I thank you in advance, and I hope the best, brightest day for everyone. )))))Hugs((((((

Hi Jovial, that was about a month ago, as I used to wake up every single night between 3 and 3:15 am... I have always had a biological clock in me, so I always wake up few minutes before the alarm clock, but now I was wondering, why in the middle of the night and so punctually? for now it has stopped. But I did not feel fear, it war rather a good feeling as I can remember and then I went back to bed and had no problem to sleep again. Hugs
me too
I so relate with waking up about 3 AM, I do it every night just like clockwork. I wake up with a start and my heart is thudding away and pounding like I had been running or frightened or something like a gigantic anxiety attack, and I am usually out of breath for some reason. I hate waking up like that but can't seem to make it stop. I have been doing this for about the last year or so. I have tried taking herbal sleep aids but it seems to have no affect. Sometimes when I wake up I hear a voice saying something I can't quite make out or a popping sound or something like a crackling noise in my ear. I do not know what to heck it is all about but don't like waking up startled. I have a hard time going back to sleep again so I just lay there and think "breath in, breath out" over and over again to clear my mind, then I go back to sleep and then I wake up automatically at 7 AM. I have a bunch of weird dreams between 3ish and 7 that are so vivid they seem real, really strange stuff... I go to sleep at between one and two AM usually.
I relate with the part "weird dreams" too... some may say, that in our dreams we are visiting our other realities and they are no real dreams at all...sorry but my dreams are sometime so absurd and not pleasant :( that I would like to hope this has nothing to do with any other reality of mine.
I hear you on that Laura. My dreams are usually just one step short of full fledged nightmares usually. But they seem so real when I am dreaming....hate to think that they could be real, that is a big oo oo for me.
I wake up about that time every night, and have for years! Even 2 of my children were born at that time...go figure!
Hello :) How cute your cat is in your dreams too, that is SO cool. I am curious about spiritually advanced felines, it sounds like yours may be one. : - ) Thanks for sharing.
