So many people think manifestation is simply “thinking positive” or asking the Universe for what you want, but true manifestation goes much deeper than that.
Manifestation is the process of becoming energetically aligned with the reality you desire on all levels, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and through your actions physically. Sometimes we don’t always know what is blocking our ability to manifest things and that is where we can ask for professional or spiritual guidance.
If you’ve been feeling blocked, discouraged, or like your manifestations aren’t arriving fast enough, here are a few powerful reminders that may help shift your energy:
1. Get Clear About What You Truly Want
The Universe responds to clarity.
Often people focus more on what they fear, don’t want, or believe they lack. Instead, spend time visualizing and feeling into the life you actually desire.
Ask yourself:
• What do I want to experience emotionally?
• What kind of relationships, opportunities, health, or abundance do I truly desire?
• Does my current energy align with that vision?
Clarity creates direction.
2. Your Nervous System Matters
Manifestation isn’t about forcing things to align with us.
When your body is in survival mode, fear, stress, or constant overwhelm, it becomes difficult to fully receive.
Creating moments of peace, grounding, and emotional regulation helps open your energetic field to new possibilities.
This can look like:
• Meditation
• Breathwork
• Reiki or energy healing
• Sound healing
• Time in nature
• Rest without guilt
The more regulated your nervous system becomes, the easier it is to hold the frequency of what you desire.
3. Release the Need to Control the Timeline
One of the biggest manifestation blocks is attachment. Sometimes we become so focused on when something will happen that we create resistance around it.
Trust that not everything delayed is denied. The Universe may be rearranging things behind the scenes in ways you cannot yet see. Your job is not to control every detail.
Your job is to stay aligned, open, and receptive.
4. Become an Energetic Match
Manifestation also requires embodiment.
Ask yourself:
“If the version of me who already had this desire existed today… how would she think, act, speak, and care for herself?” Then visualize it as if it’s already happening.
5. Practice Gratitude for What Already Exists
Gratitude shifts your focus from lack to abundance. Even during difficult seasons of life, there is power in recognizing the blessings, growth, lessons, and support already present in your life. Gratitude raises your frequency and helps create openness for even more to flow in.
