The important message by Cmdr Vrillion Of The Ashtar Command is : DO NOT LOOK FOR OTHER PLANETS TO LIVE IN IF YOU CANNOT LOOK AFTER THE PLANET YOU CALL HOME.
Now taking India into account they should make sure all the people in India have proper place to live, proper clothes to wear and proper food ...THEN LOOK FOR OTHER PLANETS.
