...........I am having conversations with my parents who are stanch radicals against marijuana healing body and mind. They say , parents, that I am drug addict , yet they dismiss the fact that use of Mary Jane for medicinal purposes and healing cancer remedie. I've been diagonsed in 1993.
My issue is that i NEED SOME HELP with your opinions , internet links and conversations along the ACC to pesent definite, strong arguments.

hemp is the law in 16 states now and 7 more are considering changing it's pot laws; Illinois is on the front pages for past few days now.New York decriminilized it 2 weeks ago........................
I think it affects everyone differently; but i definately would use it for health issues if i had too, some herbs are cures for mankind! within balance of course -just to reiterate i've never tried ganja lol but if i had to for my health; then yeah i would ;)

Your welcome Ladyight, I am sure you see alot of things in your job. Did this woman smoke cigarettes too? I have not heard of anyone having health problems from cannabis only use.
Yes she smoked cigarettes. However, when she first was diagnosed with the empysema she quit cigarettes. She continued the MJ use. Died about 2 years later. I know a few guys who went insane totally in Jamaica from using the strong lambs bread and sensi MJ. My mothers generation too. She's 84 and can name quite a few people who never recovered from the insanity. These people probably just had so much to smoke in the bushes. Those big heavy water chalice pipes I have had a hit off in my younger days definitely hurt the lungs. I mean it literally hurts. Even a small toke on a joint made me feel short of breath. This can't be good for lungs. Oils; juicing; yes I can see that possibility.

I am familiar with the the tests when you take the deepest breath you can take and then breathe out the deepest is called a forced vital capacity also may be a peak flow meter test. Can't believe this study and report on the occasional smokers! Only in America LOL. I would rather exercise or juice the leaves to get health benefits. Smoke makes me choke! Besides other studies say smoke tears holes in the alveoli( the little holes where the gas exchanges takes place) causing air trapping (COPD or emphysema.) I lost a dear friend to this. She was not an occasional but a chronic weed smoker. Miss her dearly. The cancer study is awesome. Thanks for the link. The bible says "herbs are for the healing of the nations." There is a cure in nature for all diseases.
Smoking is definetly not the best way to medicate, but in a non legal state, likely your only choice. You get 60 times more medicinal properties in juicing the raw leaves, than you do w/ smoking. Vaporizer is better than smoking too, or edibles or tincture under the tongue sublingually. Want to read up on the best research, google Dr. Robert Melamede of University of Colorado. He is CEO of Cannabis Science of Boulder Co, they are in FDA human studies right now curing cancer, will first market cannabis oil for curing skin cancer, Cancers are gone is a few days!!!!
