If this film makes you hateful, please stop watching!
It is not meant to only make people upset, like some kind of "hate-porn".
It is meant for two things.
1) Give information about the reality of much (but not all) meat production.
2) Give compassionate persons an opportunity to make good desicions about their eating habits, and in this way help minimize the suffering of animals.
Again -- if you start to feel hatred, please turn off the video! It is a sign that the video was not meant for you. We don't want to multiply lower vibrations. But we do need eye-openers for persons that are unaware of the suffering they unwillingly cause by their eating habits.

All animals know what will happen to them in their future life, before they choose to incarnate in their bodies.
They all agreed to die for us out of love and give up their lives to sustain ours.
I know angels watch over them as they die, they ease their suffering.
Eating animals however is still a choice, I don't want an animal to have to die so I can enjoy it's meat. The worst thing about eating meat is that the animal has to spend months in a unpleasant environment sometimes with thousands of others. They get nasty food with antibiotics that is made of whatever humans won't eat.
I guess it's just not for me, and I'm sure angels would like to have better things to do then watch over our badly treated food.
I like wild meat, but I will still enjoy most meat that is out there. I like knowing that a deer, bear, elk, or even a moose has all the advantages. They run faster, have a better nose, better ears, and they hide usually in plain sight. I like food and give my ultimate honor in those things that I eat. Recently I have had a craving for edamami so I am eating them right now. I am not exactly a scientologist, so I do not believe in engrams. If I was a cannibal, I wouldn't fret over the feelings of my food, I am good like that. I have no vanity, no limits. Is, Is.
I think it is a good point and the title does make sense... if a person who is eating meat and who wouldnt probably go to veggy soon, it is a good first step: start to think first, where and how this meat comes from...and it is even an effort if one decides to eat less meat... all development towards light is good, even small steps
you are right, it makes perfect sense, although some here only post when they disagree with something and have the chance to argue.. lol. In the Jewish Religeon they only eat meat that has been blessed prior to slaughter, and treated humanely. There are ways to raise and slaughter animals with compassion which does make a difference. It's like going from 20 cigarettes a day to just 5, just because you didn't completely quit, doesn't mean that you won't notice the money you're saving and you'll probably notice you can breath better and you wont need to empty your ashtray as much. Eating meat that has been treated humanely will also leave you more connected spiritually(third eye) compared to eating meat that has all the emotions of the suffering within it.
exactly! i agree with your last phrase and the cigarette comparison :)...
but since i know that according to the Jewish custom they do "bless" the animal but the way of the slaughter is rather cruel where the animal suffers physically more than maybe in a modern slaughter house ... I am vegetarian but would never do propaganda on this ... because it is all about free will and propaganda has never helped the world. but it is important that alternative medicine would have more to say in our media...because today we all hear from our doctors that we have to eat meat, because of iron and many other reasons... ...most people really think they have to eat meat or they get sick (most friends of mine) and those who have got the point need to educate the world with being a good example...i can say that some friends of mine are already starting to think that it IS possible to live healthy and meatless, because i am healthier than before ... and a good role model is always better than scary propaganda video...
Thanks, Krishna for launching this discussion.
oops, sry ... i meant: Thanks Kalindi :)
When I walk through the grocery store and go past the meat section I always send the dead animals love and light to help cleanse any negative emotions left behind.. I have been a vegetarian for quite some time, I actually stopped eating meat originally due to digestive problems red meat was giving me, it wasn't until later on that I really started thinking about what I was eating. It is bred into us, so most go on without even considering it, but the reality is that it is murder, and eating cows is no better than eating a dog or cat, or even a human. It's all in our own perception. Humans are no better than animals, as long as we believe that we are and that we have more of a right to live just because we are more capable, we will continue to instill the vibration of slavery and control.
At least we don't have to eat pink slime burgers anymore?
I don't know, I do see the point that Kalindi is trying to make here.
If you were a pig, and you were able to roam free instead of remain in a tiny cage without being able to move until the time of your death, I am thinking the Pig would choose to roam free.
I think that is the point she is trying to make here.
If you are going to eat meat, than at least buy from distributors that treat the animals with kindness up until the time of their death, instead of torturing them slowly their whole lives until death.
