Its an offence to refuse a gift given with love may it be a leaf or a billion dollars and very important nodoby should stop the person from getting the gift ..its an offence

For example you go to a store , a shop , a restaurant and you like one of the staff for her caring, kind and helpful attitude so you give her a bunch of flowers or a box of chocolates or a nice drink ..she should accept with thanks and nobody either management or other staff should prevent you from having the gift as they commit very heavy karma take years to be forgiven.. yes its heavy karma take years till finally nullify the karma
